Did you participate in a research project, known as the CAP Study, between 2012 and 2015?

We are now beginning the next phase of the study. If you participated in the 2012 CAP Survey during high school, you are invited take part in the newest survey.

You will be reimbursed $30 as well as going in the draw to win an iPhone for completion. If you are a previous participant, and would like to continue, please enter the required information below in order to register your interest. A team member will be in touch within 72 hours with further information, once we verify your identity as a previous participant.

The CAP Study

The University of Sydney would like to thank you for taking part in the CAP Study surveys at school over the past four years. Your participation in the study has been very important in helping us to better understand and reduce harms among young people.

You are now invited to complete three additional CAP Study surveys between 2017 and 2019. You will be reimbursed $30 for the completion of each survey, and go in the draw to win an iPhone each year. This survey asks you questions about yourself and about your activities, and your reasons for engaging in those activities. The purpose of the survey is to understand different experiences such as the use of alcohol and other drugs and how they interact over the long term. If you decide to participate, all you will need to do is complete this confidential questionnaire. It should take no longer than 40-60 minutes, and will ask general questions about your personality, behaviour, and the activities you engage in.

All information you provide will be strictly confidential, except as required by law and/or duty of care.
